How to: Display the shortcut menu for a file.

Solution:

Click on the file with the right mouse button (right-click). A shortcut menu displays. Select the desired option from the menu.

NOTE: The above procedure can be used for the Office Shortcut Bar; any toolbar in an Office 95 application and any file in the Office 95 environment. This option is also a feature of Windows 95.
